Sixteen tools on one licence. Edit model data in Excel, renumber, build sheets and room views, keep view templates in line, export whole drawing sets and keep the model healthy — in a few clicks instead of an afternoon.
Data, documentation and model review — the jobs every Revit team repeats every week.
Export elements, types, schedules, panel schedules and project standards to Excel, edit them, and import the changes after a review. Or edit right inside Revit.
Set, clear, prefix, suffix, replace or calculate one parameter on hundreds of elements — or fill it with coordinates, areas, rooms or hosts.
Create shared parameters from Excel, re-bind categories, add parameters to many families at once, link nested family parameters and edit the shared parameter file.
Prefix, counter and suffix by clicking, by position, along a path, across a drawn line or at line corners — restarting per level and without "already in use" errors.
Rename families and types in bulk, save and load family libraries, health-check families, replace types everywhere and assign worksets by rules.
Create sheets from a list, Excel or a template sheet, duplicate them with their views, build numbers and names, manage revisions and sheet sets.
Interior elevations, sections and callouts for every room or space — cropped, named and numbered for you, and updated when the rooms change.
Rename, re-scale and template views in a table; set view ranges in bulk; copy settings between view templates and transfer them from other projects.
Place plans, schedules and legends on every sheet exactly where the reference view sits — same scope box, crop and title position.
Excel, CSV, PDF pages and pictures as drafting views, legends or schedules. Reload when the file changes — values only, keeping your Revit formatting.
Whole drawing sets to PDF (separate, combined or one file per set, collection or parameter), DWG, DXF, DGN, DWF, NWC, IFC, images and XML — named by your rule, sized from each title block, with an Excel report and scheduled exports.
Find elements by rules, by the room, area or zone they are in, between levels, or by saved filters — then select, isolate, export or colour them by value.
Box any selection in 3D with an offset, and hide or unhide elements or their categories across many views at once.
Warnings grouped with their elements, a model audit, one-click clean-up of unused views, templates, filters, CAD and more, and merging of duplicate styles.
Hide, show and colour CAD layers per view, and turn DWG linework into native Revit detail lines with a line style per layer.
Link XYZ, CSV, PTS and DXF point files as real point clouds, show a region between levels, and export points or meshes.
Save your settings under a name, switch in one click, and share them as files so the whole team works to the same standard.
Each clip shows one tool from start to finish. Click a clip to replay it.
Run the setup and pick your Revit versions. Three new panels appear on the Prygenix tab.
Every window works on the whole model, the active view or your selection, and remembers your last settings.
Imports and bulk changes show what will change first. Every action is one named Revit transaction — one Undo reverses it.
Save profiles and export them to a shared folder. Press F1 on any button for the guide.
F1 on a BIM Suite button in Revit opens its section here.
More ▾: schedules, panel schedules, project standards, isolate, 3D box. New rows on Rooms/Spaces create rooms/spaces.
Pick categories and a parameter, filter the rows, choose an operation (set, clear, prefix, suffix, replace, copy from, add, multiply, write element property), tick rows and apply.
Projects: add from the shared file, create from the Excel template, categories, instance ⇄ type, delete, add to families. Families: rename, formulas, values per type, nested links. More ▾ ▸ Shared parameter file editor for renaming, regrouping and GUIDs.
Choose category, type and parameter; set prefix, start, step, digits and suffix ({Level}- tokens work); choose the order and an optional restart parameter; click Renumber. Clear values and reset colours from the same window.
Tick types, then Preview a rename and click Rename — or round-trip names via Excel. Save to folders, load a library, health check, replace types, delete unused. The Worksets tab moves elements by rules.
New sheets: add rows or import Excel, pick title block and view, Create. Existing sheets: edit cells and Apply edits; duplicate; Build numbers/names; template sheets; placeholders; revisions; sets.
Tick rooms (or spaces, also linked); choose elevations (four directions or one per wall), sections and callouts; set names with tokens and {Count}; Create. Update, delete or open a room's views later.

Choose the reference view (the selected viewport or the first on the active sheet), tick the targets, choose model coordinates or placement, scope box and title options, then Align.
Add a file (or drop it on the list), choose sheets and range, create as drafting view, legend, schedule or image. Tick Update data only to keep Revit formatting on reload; Recreate restores Excel's look.
Use the Rules, Inside, Levels, Revit filters or Saved selections tab to find elements, then act on the results below. Colour by value paints the active or other views and makes a colour key.
Select elements and run it: choose a 3D view or a new one, offset, duplicate and isolate options.
Select elements, choose Elements or Categories, tick views (filter by type), then Hide or Unhide. The window stays open for more views.

No. BIM Suite reads and writes .xlsx files itself. Excel (or any spreadsheet program) is only needed to edit the files.
No. BIM Suite ships without third-party libraries, so it cannot load a library version that another add-in depends on.
Yes. Every action runs as one named Revit transaction, so one Undo reverses it. Imports and bulk changes also show a review before anything is written.
No. Everything the tools create — views, sheets, parameters, types, text — is ordinary Revit content.
